Pad Printing Tools: Pad printing plate, photosensitive adhesive, scraper, printing pad, workpiece fixture, etc.
Cleaning Supplies: Alcohol, cleaning agent (used for cleaning tools and printing pads).
Environmental Requirements
The operating environment must be kept clean to avoid dust contaminating the ink or pattern.
Temperature is recommended to be controlled at around 25°C, with moderate humidity (excessively high humidity may affect curing).
II. Operating Steps
1. Ink Mixing and Preparation
Proportion Mixing: Mix components A and B according to the product instructions (usually in a ratio of 1:1 or 10:1, requiring strict measurement). Example: If component A (silicone) is 100g, component B (curing agent) requires 10g (10:1 ratio).
Adding Thinner (Optional): If the ink viscosity is too high, add a small amount of thinner (each addition should not exceed 5% of the total amount), and stir evenly until it reaches a flow consistency suitable for coating (e.g., yogurt-like).
